I am beyond satisfied with the service provided from the hold team. They have all went above and beyond in helping us get our truck back on the road! They answered every question, kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate how the held the parts they put on my truck to a high standard and made sure everything was just right down to the cleaning the inside of my vehicle! They are all very friendly and knowledgeable from the front office to the shop i couldn't be more happy with the service provided. This shop is highly recommended

I have had to come to this location twice in the last year. The first I had quote and calls from others and I was not impressed. Once I talked to Mickey at Fix Auto I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever. Every time I have to call the staff is courteous and they always answer my questions or call right back. They are very flexible and helpful. They went above and beyond to give me timelines and updates both visits. The always make the calls to the insurance for me and make sure I fully understand what they will and won’t cover so there are no surprises. They call ahead so the rental car company is ready to get me quickly and they even work to return the rental car for me so I don’t have to go to the rental car location before picking up my own car. As for the work on my car. Neither time did I have an issue. It was fixed perfectly and color was matched to where I couldn’t tell. I also have a warranty on the work which I know because of the integrity of the GM Mickey would be honored if I ever needed it. I can’t say enough good things about them. I do believe that they are worth the drive even if you’re out of town. I came from Manteca and would have come as far as Fresno or Sacramento because they are that good. Thank you to all the staff at Fix Auto.
