Auto fix is the pace

This is my second experience with Auto Fix. My first Tesla was completely totaled out of my control. But Auto Fix took the care of that situation in 2023. This second time around 9/12/25. Auto Fix did another amazing job. They are absolutely about listening and taking care of their clients needs. We don't see this happen to often. From the first phone call with Leilani till the end of my Telsa being completed. I had several phone calls with Leilani it felt like I already knew her. But later that week when I brought in my Tesla to get fixed. I got to meet Leilani. We actually gave each other a hug. During all this with my Telsa I had other personal stuff going on. Leilani took the time to listen. She even got me a rental Tesla. With all the stuff happening in my life. This was a blessing. To get my Telea fixed on time. The staff are outstanding and hope their leadership team recognizes them. Thank you!!!!

Fix Auto did an excellent job! Would highly recommended this body shop to everyone. Leilani had wonderful customer service and was very accommodating to my schedule. Fix auto made sure to keep me up to date every step of the process and absolutely handled everything else even down to my transportation.

Leilani at the front desk and Christian, who repaired my car, were both wonderful. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and attentive to all of my questions and needs. A special thank you to Christian for working so hard to ensure my car was in great hands. I truly appreciate the effort and extra care you put in to make my car look brand new. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing repairs, and I’ll be coming back here myself if I need any repairs in the future. You can clearly tell that everyone here is a dedicated and hardworking professional.
