Not only did Alex H. help me through the entire process, but he made sure that I had a ride to and from the shop, and that my car was delivered to me on the schedule that he gave me. Seamless! This was for a bumper fix. The bumper job was good. However, the license plate was improperly attached and fell off. Also, the service clerk had said that you'd replace the child safety seat and that wasn't done.
