Marvic and the team did an exceptional job on my dented Mazda MX-5. It has a unique paint job that they matched perfectly. And in terms of customer service< Marvic went the extra mile. She kept me updated, and when I arrived she took the time to discuss how the repair was done, including a quick shop tour. And on top of that, tried to advise/help on a a problem on my hood (dried spots of sap). Your pricing was much better than a prior repair I had done in SF. Have already recommended you to a friend, and I will be back should the need arise! Thanks again.

I am so glad l took my car to this location. My car was fixed in less than two weeks! I appreciated the emails with the updates. When l went to get my car it was washed and cleaned on the inside. I didn't expect that. That was an added bonus! Marvic Vila was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to get their vehicle fixed.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Fix Auto. They took great care of my Porsche Cayenne after it suffered some pretty rough bumps. From start to finish, the team was incredibly responsive. I appreciated the email updates that kept me in the loop on the status and estimated completion dates. At one point, it looked like the work might take a bit longer—but then I got a call letting me know they were able to prioritize it and finish earlier than expected. That kind of follow-through made a big difference. When I picked up the car, it looked and felt amazing—detailed inside and out, and even smelled fresh. The quality of the work and the extra mile the team went really stood out. I honestly didn’t expect this kind of experience from a body shop, but Fix Auto exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
