The repair job was done well but the service was absolutely horrible. For the first 2-3 weeks, I didn’t hear anything back about my car. I had to proactively reach out and still, heard nothing until I reached out to regional managers. While I understand the supply chain is backed up, the communication and estimated dates of the arrival of my parts were all delayed. Then the completion of when the repairs would be done was also delayed. I wouldn’t receive any notice about these delays that happened consistently for many days. I would not recommend fix auto in the future and will be taking my business elsewhere
