My experience with Fix Auto in Sand Springs was 5 star service. Andrew was super helpful from beginning to end of service. He answered all of my questions by phone before I decided this was the auto body shop I would be choosing. Once I arrived at the shop he was kind, extremely knowledgeable informed me of his repair background and he assured me he would take care of the repair has it was his own vehicle. Communication each day was great. I was notified each day of the progress being made. The work on my vehicle was quick and the quality of the work was outstanding. The color match of the blue paint on my Maverick was perfect! I will definitely use FiX Auto in Sand Springs again for my auto body needs. The battery was dead the next morning. I charged it. It seems to be working fine! The neighbor came over to look at the work. I told him about the business that used to be Batman. He said the work looked great. Thanks for correcting my problems, Roger.

After my daughter was involved in an accident, we got 3 different estimates before choosing this shop and I’m so glad we did! They were easy to work with, flexible throughout the entire process, and finished the repairs a whole week earlier than expected. The quality of the work was incredible. Honestly, her car looks newer and better than it did before the wreck. They were professional, understanding, and made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. Everyone at Fix Auto was amazing. My issues were with Shelter insurance. It took a very long time for the body shop to have clearance to begin work on my vehicle. Also when I picked it up my car looked like it had also been detailed. Very very clean thanks to them

He delivered on his word (Andrew) told me to bring it in on a Tues evening he would get started on a Weds and he would have it done by Friday and he did Friday at 4pm great paint match this was a incident another insurance company had to pay for highly recommend going to this auto shop...

The only complaint I really have is my car doesn’t drive the same as it did when I dropped it off. I’m assuming it’s due to settings being turned off/cleared. I’m trying to get everything back to the way it was. Otherwise, they were professional, kept in contact with me for updates, repair time was very short, cleaned my car (BONUS!) & the repairs looked good.
