Everyone at Fix Auto was amazing. My issues were with Shelter insurance. It took a very long time for the body shop to have clearance to begin work on my vehicle. Also when I picked it up my car looked like it had also been detailed. Very very clean thanks to them

He delivered on his word (Andrew) told me to bring it in on a Tues evening he would get started on a Weds and he would have it done by Friday and he did Friday at 4pm great paint match this was a incident another insurance company had to pay for highly recommend going to this auto shop...

The only complaint I really have is my car doesn’t drive the same as it did when I dropped it off. I’m assuming it’s due to settings being turned off/cleared. I’m trying to get everything back to the way it was. Otherwise, they were professional, kept in contact with me for updates, repair time was very short, cleaned my car (BONUS!) & the repairs looked good.

I took my truck in to have the bumper replaced. I was advised of every step along the way. Not only did they replace the bumper, they also washed and cleaned my truck inside and out. I did not expect that. I would recommend Fix Auto!
