I noticed a small spot, about the size of a quarter, where the clear/top coat started peeling on a previous paint job Fix Auto did on my Nissan Armada. I contacted them about the warranty, and they took care of it very quickly. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the service was very fast. I really appreciate that they stand behind their work. Great customer service!

As we were afraid, the paint isn’t quite right in direct sunlight. In the garage it looks pretty good, but out in the bright sun it is easy to see the difference in the concentration of gold flake in the red and it makes the paint more brassy than the other panels. My wife has reached out to State Farm and to Sophia and is awaiting resolution of this problem.

The gold fleck in the Ultra Red of the Tesla paint doesn’t quite match in bright sun. As we feared. Despite numerous assurances that it would be right.

Logistic department was wonderful easy process. The end result of the repair was horrid gaps misaligned over spray panels not feeding correctly. I don't have time to take the car back to you I wanted it done the first time. Suggestion please hire a quality control person to review vehicles before they leave.
