Coincidentally in August my wife had repairs done on her 2022 civic. That shop did not communicate, maybe forgot to order the bumper and my wife had to call to check on the status. The very next day they said the part was in. So basically my wife had to tell them to order the part. Fix it had a email that had all information. Very satisfied.
