The professional and thoughtful treatment we received from Fix Auto Bakersfield was unbelievable. We got regular text updates on the work they were doing on our car. They are a 5 Star business in our book. There was an important item that my grandson thought he lost somewhere in his car and in the process of cleaning the inside the item was found and place in the cup holder which made my grandson happy. This tells me this is a trustworthy business. I can’t say enough how we were treated and the beautiful job they did on the repairs. Customer service was exceptional. We were kept in the loop on what was going on with the repairs to our car. We were offered transportation if we needed to pick up our rental.
