I received exceptional service from Liz & Michael - Fix Auto/Ontario South. Took vehicle in for bumper replacement. Michael provided a thorough and quick estimate. He was patient and kind. The customer service and follow up from Liz was phenomenal, she followed up with my difficult insurance provider Geico and ensured proper parts were ordered. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and the turnaround time was within 1-2 days, impressive! Very pleased with the repairs/ new bumper- beautiful!
