Dropped off car 11/17/2025 for rear bumper repair and picked up 12/4 after multiple delays and car had to return to shop due to multiple sensor warnings while driving informing that car should not be driven (red 'PSM system error park car safely', lighting bolt with 'system fault', engine light is on, "fault parking brake", 'power steering fail', and others). Car is still in shop waiting for parts. Completion date is now 12/24. Candice has been very good with communication and I’m thankful she extended my car rental after my insurance stopped covering (covered 30 days). Car had no electrical issues before bringing into the shop. Will update rating and review once we get the car back.
