My point of contact at Fix Auto Vista was Manager Arturo Torrez. He quickly surveyed the damaged portions of my vehicle and within minutes presented me with a detailed written estimate of the repairs broken down into 4 sections and said I could choose which sections to do immediately and which ones I could save for later. I chose to do 2 sections and Arturo gave the exact cost including tax and said bring the vehicle in Monday and it would be done by Tuesday and true to his word it was done on Tuesday. The whole experience demonstrates what an experienced and competent auto repair service can do when they have the right people. This is a 4-Star company and I will return soon to have the rest of the work done.

They made it easy for me to drop my car off and they took over from there, the truck looks brand new just how I drove it off the lot. Extremely satisfied with the work they did on my truck!

My vehicle was fixed. At drop off I had requested a quote of a paint touch up on ny bumper since mu car would take a few weeks for repairs to be done. The quote was forgotten about. At pick up, I was disappointed with the service. I now need to schedule another time to have vehicle repaired/ arrange rental car and rides. It could have gone so smoothly. They did put a little touch up paint on while I waited and typed up an estimate. Alejandra was very pleasant to communicate with. Just wish all repairs could have been done at once.

I had a great experience Arturo was very helpful and made sure I was updated during the process of getting my car fixed. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The women that.I spoke with were very helpful and customer service oriented. Art was excellent at keeping me informed on the repair progress. When I had issues with getting from rental drop off to the body shop, they immediately said not to worry they would pick me up if the rental place would help me. I was happy with all the customer service and support I received. I definitely would recommend them to friends
