I have used your shop several times, unfortunately that’s how often I’ve been in an accident. I always choose your shop because of the great service I have always experienced since the first time. My first point of contact was Denisse and I have her saved in my phone and your shop listed under her name. She has always been a friendly, professional and wonderful people person! She took care of me on my first visit and took a lot of the stress off of me assuring that you all would take care of me. She helped me with the insurance and even a car rental. In the end, my car was repaired, I was good because everything was taken care of. Denisse did that for me and I appreciated that so much. I see how you care about people. Great customer service!! I love this shop and the people that work there! Denisse has always been my contact person. They did a great job with the repairs!!
