I am satisfied for the dent in my bumper that was fixed. Looks great. I did ask Travis for another quote on two other parts of the car (out of pocket) wanting fixed. I feel asking for a quote was not taken seriously, and brushed off. You get the just of it. Never received a quote

I dealt with Travis in picking up my car, everything was fine. At that time of pick up I had asked for a quote on other parts of my car, and the cost out of pocket which I did not receive other than a verbal and said it’s not probably worth it. I guess too busy to actually do quote on paper.

I worked with Travis. He was difficult to work with and had a fair amount of ego and attitude. He pained him to answer when the vehicle would be ready for pickup in simple manner. He didn’t know the case properly, one time he said the frame was checked, upon asking for details he said it wasn’t checked. Another he said I have to pay the deductible even though he sent an email with deductible waived. I regret coming to fix auto. I went to Solesbee last time, should have just gone there.
