Not only did John do a great job of replacing the bumper, he washed the car and detailed the inside. It hasn't been that clean since we bought it! I appreciated that so much. John and Ashley stayed in touch with me throughout the whole job (by phone and email), both when the part was unavailable and then when the part came in. The job was done in one day--I took it in Monday morning and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Flair was recommended to me by USAA and I could not be happier. All the people I encountered at Flair were absolutely the best I've ever dealt with. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was rear ended and had this dropped in my lap, but Flair made this the most painless auto repair experience I have ever had. I will always recommend them as the place to go for body work needs.
