I appreciate how quickly they took care of my vehicle and appreciate all the updates they sent me. The only thing I will say is I wish they would have cleaned up the inside of my car because I did not turn in my car to them in that way. They told me they were cleaning it so I assumed it was everything that they got dirty but no. It is not the first time I do business with Gerber which is why I came back but I have pictures if you would like to see. I did not mention it until now because I had not opened my trunk yet. They did a great job but I would really like this mess in my trunk cleaned.

From the moment that I called to the moment that I picked up my keys and saw the amazing repair job done on my 2026 Hyundai Tucson, I was treated not just as a customer, but as a respected and important guest. Every day I received a text telling me the status of my repair. Every question I had was answered quickly, kindly, and detailed. This is my second time since 2016 that I have had work done due to an accident. This time my car had less than 6000 miles on it, which made me very upset to have to leave it. So far all looks good! The truck was dirty when picked up, so after I’m able to wash it I will be able to make sure all is good, which I expect!
