Casey and Laura and Claudia were amazing, giving me constant updates and keeping me updated, it was a 7 week plus repair and they always kept me updated, incredibly helpful and informative, I could not ask for a better team to help me, and my car handled like new and even had the new car smell again, what a fantastic team this is. Highest possible rating and made sure the customer was reassured constantly what was going on through the difficult repair process, they handled the insurance games and made it understandable to the customer, cannot say enough good things about Laura, Claudia and Casey. Top notch all the way! Consider bonuses or other rewards for such a forward leaning dedicated customer service team, reflect great credit on your business and will absolutely give referrals for their fantastic service

Every part of my repair was super awesome from the drop off, inspection, to all of the updates, to answering questions anytime I called them with questions over insurance, to offering to stay a few minutes late for me to get there on a holiday weekend to offering to turn my rental car back on for me.

I was satisfied with everything. Customer service was great. They were timely and I thought the car looked good. Overall, I was a little concerned with how the bumper fit on the passenger side where it clipped today the fender I talk with Laura who took care of me the whole way through and did a fantastic job. She said that if something happens to pop off or it come and fastened to the fender to come back and see her I thought that was a great way to handle it. This is a OTM part It did not fit perfectly. I seen a couple of discrepancies but it wasn't that big of a deal as long as it holds together
