On the day we brought the vehicle in we were the first and only people there. Several other people came in after we arrived and were waiting for the person to do our inspection. Well, we were the last people to be helped and they were helped by the same person that helped me. Just a little frustrating.

I feel like more could have been done to attach the bumper to the clip but it was not because the insured person's insurance wouldn't cover it.

The insured person's insurance cut off my rental before issuing payment for the repairs and they covered the rental so that I wouldn't be left without a vehicle. And they were incredibly apologetic about it even though it wasn't their fault that there were issues with the rental and payment.

Body work was good but they could have lined the seams up better. Not the attention to detail I would have liked to see
