Repairs were fantastic. Completed earlier than promised and car was returned with the exterior fully cleaned and polished. I will also say the customer service at Flemington auto body was second to none. Patient explaining what needed to be done and was clear on how long repairs will take and communicated throughout the process on updates. Also, they were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and what else may be damaged once they took the bumper off.

They did a really good job and fixed further damage and told me about the damage that wasn’t expected.

They didn’t call me and update me I had to physically walk in and ask them how much longer it would be. I didn’t know there was unknown further damage to the car until I asked why it took 1 1/2 months.

All elements of the repair were handled very professionally and efficiently. When the parts arrived and they called to schedule, explained that scheduling would be a couple days later due to staff training. I had no problem with that and appreciated that they explained the reason. Overall excellent experience!
