I doubt that you would have returned a vehicle to one of your high-end Audi clients in the condition I received my Avenir.

The repair itself was fine. However, I have observed that when finishing the rubout on the paint, there was compound left everywhere. I still have compound in the seams that I need to clean out; inside the remote mirrors, in the door jambs, etc. On the hood and front fender, something has stained the paint; it was not there when I brought the car for service. I would hope someone at Fletch's will tell me how to remove this mark or stain from the car.

I am very thankful for the staff, specifically John, that helped me during my car repair. It was in the shop for a week and John found a loaner car for me and delivered it to the hospital where I work as a nurse. Everyone definitely went the extra mile and I am very grateful! Thanks so much!

Repair work on car body was good but somehow my windshield was broken when I came to pick it up. Shop took no responsibility for the damage even though it was not damaged when I dropped it off.

Easy drop off but no responsibility for damaged windshield and the car wouldn’t start so somehow the battery was run down.

Scheduling in this day and age is difficult. Parts dependent, short staffed, etc. Fletchs was honest and on time. Completed repair meets expectations.
