I wouldn’t recommend Fletchs to anyone and I will make that known. I would never want anyone to go what I had to go through and now STUCK was a 6 year loan. Fletchs is unbelievable

I am satisfied with the repair of the car , looked great. Although. the service was horrible. I waited three months to be called back for my repair when i was told i was going to receive a call to set up an appointment in 2-3 weeks. And i didn’t even get a call, I , the customer had to call to see why i haven’t received a call within 3 months which should never happen. Then you guys didn’t even have all my parts ordered yet which i think is quite insane after 3 months. So I finally get an appt date and you guys had no loaner cars at all when my car was going in there for 5 days. I called saturday when my car was supposed to be done and nobody answered my calls all day. So then I had to wait until MONDAY so now we’re going on 7 days of you having my car and no communication to me that it wasn’t going to be done on the day it should’ve been. I call on monday and nobody in the collision department answers my calls once again so I had to figure out a ride to PHYSICALLY come in there and ask what is going on . My car STILL wasn’t done because “the paint wasn’t dry on my hood yet because of the hot weather we had.” I find that a really stupid excuse , how do you guys do cars in the summer then?! Really makes no sense at all . So now i’m waiting yet another day to get my vehicle. Finally tuesday i get a call that it was going to be done and he was vacuuming out my car. I picked it up and the car was not even vacuumed , looked like he did one quick swipe , backseat wasn’t even touched. I wasn’t expecting it to be vacuumed but the person didn’t even try to vaccum it at all so I don’tknow why he even said he was going to do that . Also, just want to point out I stated multiple times I wanted MY name on MY car and you’re still texting me with my grandmothers name , (Michele) . I don’t know why you don’t have my name under MY vehicle that i literally bought from you guys when i’ve asked for it to be changed . Makes absolutely no since. You guys didn’t even have my number on file when I again LITERALLY bought my car from you guys. The salesman I bought my car from there lied straight to my face and told me my car was going to be a 2 year loan and that’s why my payments were so high. Was later going through my paperwork and turns out it’s a 6 year loan. I NEVER would’ve agreed to buy that car if it was a 6 year loan and i think it’s REALLY really insane that people can just lie straight to your face. That car isn’t even going to last 6 years . Seriously UNBELIEVABLE. I am very frustrated with Fletchs and I will NEVER be coming back here and will let people know how quite horrible you guys are. I seriously can still not believe how I’ve been treated here. Horrible service, horrible people.

I’ve used the body shop twice in the past 12 months. First time a garage door jumped out in front of me and the second time a deer jumped out in front of me. Car came back sparkling clean & looked like new.

Honestly, my satisfaction rate was beyond 10. Not only did they give me a loaner car while my truck was being repaired, but they also updated me frequently on the status of the repair, which took way less time than I expected!!! And my truck looks better than before!!!! Thank you so much Fletch’s collision shop!

We know the parts are coming from another country, but that should not happen. We had many parts mfg company’s in Northern Michigan and they were all closed down and parts manufacturing was sent China and other countries. We know this was because of Union demands in this country. It has to stop and unions have to stop forcing plants in US to close. Jon in the maintenance Dept was very thoughtful and courteous.

Had to leave a message for a call back anytime I tried to call. Also, when I picked up my vehicle in the rain, I found the driver side window down an inch and the inside of the door all wet
