Everything about the actual repair was great (and so was Jon) but I was extremely surprised, embarrassed and disappointed to be pulled over by the police while driving the loaner vehicle that I was given by Fletch’s which had expired license plates, registration and insurance. Luckily I didn’t end up with an expensive ticket or worse, but this is the type of detail that can not be overlooked. The plates on the vehicle I was given to drive appear to have been expired since 2020.

Unbeknownst to me, the loaner car I was given had no registration, insurance, and expired plates. I was completely surprised (and confused, humiliated) to be pulled over by the police due to this issue.
