Only suggestion for improvement would be to have a process to update the Customer on a regular basis of “ Repair Status” … even if no new status. A vehicle is a major item to be without so it helps the customer to plan alternatives Regarding workmanship of repairs …. Everything seems to be completed in an exceptional manner.
