I will never take my truck back there. My truck came home dirty they painted the bumper never wash the truck look like crap. Very sad for being a select service for State Farm.

All were polite, answered my questions . Repair was delayed by a day, a loaner was offered. Gentleman at pick up faxed my estimate for my mini tort claim.

I thought that overall—despite courteous interactions w. staff—the (fairly basic) service repairs to (2) impacted parts of my vehicle were quite Slow. Since I only own one (1) vehicle, it’s fortunate that I could still drive my car while waiting weeks for parts; then the actual install took a full week. But THX!

An excellent experience from the first contact to the final pick up. Jon quickly submitted the estimate to my insurance and it was approved within a day, we scheduled a drop off date and he provided a loner car. My car was ready for pickup the morning of the day he said it would be ready. The repaired area looks showroom new and my car was returned spotlessly clean inside and out. My expectations were exceeded at every turn. Customer service is alive and well at Fletch’s. I’m more than a satisfied customer.
