I had my Q5 in last week for a minor accident repair. I was impressed with the process and everyone I came into contact with. Jon Nelson keep me posted on the work through the 4 days. I am glad I brought my vehicle back up from where we live outside the Detroit area. Our local Audi dealership does not have an onsite body repair shop and insurance companies are not as willing to work with the contractor they have for repairs. Certainly not the case with Fletch. AAA did not hesitate to approve my claim when I told them where the Q would be repaired.
