The body work completed was done professionally

After receiving the final quote it was mentioned that there was some damage to the tail gate. It was mentioned that the entire tail gate would be painted. This did not happen

I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our interactions at Fleury's. From the moment we scheduled a repair, every person we dealt with was professional, kind and efficient. They even went out of their way to help us with another small fix not related to the repair. Overall, we would recommend them every time!

Even though I answered no to a couple questions, I have no complaints wth the actual work. It was only receiving information that was left to me to call.

I didn't get any call telling me insurance had okay ed the repair, what the cost was and whether scheduled drop off date was still a go. I had to call to find these things iut.
