Again the only issue was the lack of communication and accountability.

Everything went great at first. They took the estimate. Received my car, set up my rental appt and drove me to the rental agency. They kept me updated through SMS and email about the status of repair and the estimated date of completion. However, this is where things took a turn. My last message from them, Jun 12th, stated that the car was on track for June 19th. No further updates afterwards. I returned my rental and awaited the call to let me know the repair was complete and to come pick up the car. Nothing. I waited until just before closing to call. The guy there told me that there was a part on backorder and the car wouldn't be ready until Jun 30th. No apology, no message, no call to let me know prior to returning the rental. I remained without a car for 2 weeks. When the repair was finally complete, again, no apology or even acknowledgement that there was even an issue or inconvenience.

While courteous and polite, the lack of accountability, acknowledgement or apology was discouraging. Even after I mentioned what happened. The repeated response was "oh I didn't work on this..."

Front communication, to customer service, and most of all quality of work Flower City Collison is an S-Tier business that knows how to take care of their customers and cars. Usually a good body shop doesn't have the quality customer care, but this shop excells in both categories! Highly recommended!
