The staff was great when I actually talked to them in person and they did a good job on fixing the vehicle. I would not recommend the shop because of the lack of communication and the vehicle not being completed in a timely manner, and the lack of/ mis-communications on the phone. They were great in person but they were not very informative on the phone. If they would have just been straight up with us to start with and kept us in the loop on what was happening the process would have been a lot smoother. Instead, we got the run around and a lot of left out information, like they were trying to hide something. When they should have just been honest up front and kept us informed.
