Caliber contacted me several times via phone as well as text messages to keep me informed of the progress on the repair of the vehicle, to include informing ne that the new fender was damaged when received and was returned and that the new fnder would be in the next day. The completed repair was excellent - no overspray, no mismatch of colors between old and new paint and alignment of front driver door tones fender had a correct equal gap all he way from top to bottom.
