The entire process was explained when I dropped off my car. I gave them the USAA "photo quote" on repairs to the car and the Caliber inspector and I examined my vehicle. There were a couple of areas that were not civered in the USAA quote. Caliber took care of updating he quote to USA. Caliber contacted me several times via phone as well as text messages to keep me informed of the progress on the repair of the vehicle, to include informing ne that the new fender was damaged when received and was returned and that the new fnder would be in the next day. The completed repair was excellent - no overspray, no mismatch of colors between old and new paint and alignment of front driver door tones fender had a correct equal gap all he way from top to bottom.
