My light fixture on the Driver side does not match the right side and when you drive in the car I can feel a shake because there was no alignment done or a balance done with my tires so I’m very dissatisfied

The repair person that I spoke with Justin he was very nice professional but the car took so long to get repaired I called him after about a week and a half I needed updates and never did return and in my calls or never did get a calm complete answer on my repairs
