It took 14 days to get my car back. I realize that some 🏭 our still closed but they could have called me with the statis of my car, instead I had to call a number of times

When i came to pick up my truck it was not done!

Three times i drove 75+ miles each was to pick up my truck. 1st time my truck was not done so I left it. Second time there was a part that had not been replaced. I was told to leave the truck and they would order the part. I told them no, they already had my truck to long. I needed my truck so i took it and told them to call me when the part comes in. While driving my truck wheel weights started falling off and a vibration started. I had to have the wheels re-balanced so I could drive it. When the part came in they tried to give me an after market part (All parts for this repair were to be GM). I told them to get me a GM part. I now have to come back again to get this part. I am very upset with this company
