Of course we only picked up the car today and have not had a chance to test every little thing, but: The service was excellent, the communication was top notch, the alignment of hood to fenders was excellent as well as the paint and I appreciate you went out of your way to obtain genuine Honda parts.

I really liked the automatic text messages I received daily. My only complaint is that my car took far longer than expected, which resulted in me having to pay more out of pocket expenses for the rental car. The staff at the body shop was friendly and accommodating. I will consider using Fox for future repairs.

I've had to return my vehicle once already because the work was not done completely. I had to wait for about an hour to have it looked at. Now I have to return to the shop again at aster date to have new parts put on. I also have noticed that the door is not flush with the other door on my car. There are many issues with the work that was done.

The customer service was great. The parking lot when I picked up my car was a hazard. Ice3 inches deep with standing water and holes. I understand it has been a snowy winter but the parking lots need to be tended for customer and employee safety!!!
