I was impressed with Fox Autobody from the moment I walked in the door. Cassandra sits at a desk facing the door and greeted me warmly (I may have her name wrong and I apologize). She got Tim Fox immediately to look at the car and to present me with options for its repair. Tim’s formal estimate arrived by email the next day as he’d promised. The work was quickly scheduled. I was politely updated on the car when I stopped by after hours on the day of its repair. When I came in the next day to pick up the car Julie Fox was enormously personable. I truly couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience. I’m obviously not happy that I dented the car but I’m really happy with my perfectly repaired car—with the work done by great people for a reasonable price.

I would always recommend Fox, as I said in my previous comments they go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the work and it was a lot of work the whole front end basically had to be restored as well as some interior radiator work that had been damaged in the accident. They were friendly and made sure that I was happy upon receipt of my vehicle, taking the time to go with me through the vehicle to make sure it met my expectations. I've never been through this experience before, there were some challenges for me personally but Fox Auto body was patient with that. I would recommend fully Fox Autobody in Ponderay ID.

Although it took more than 6 weeks to repair my vehicle, the end result was wonderful and made in a very unfortunate accident, turn out to not be so awful. I've never been through this situation before, at least up here, so it was nice to have an all-around positive experience with Fox Auto body and repair. It did take a long time, more than 6 weeks, but that was due to parts unavailability. Something that Fox had no control over.

Although overall I would say a 10, Samm in the front office did send me an email that said I owed $1,000 more than what had originally been agreed upon, and it was her error and she immediately fixed it. it really threw me for a loop. That and a potential $249 storage fee if I didn't pick the car up immediately, gave me pause especially since it' had been there for so long. I had no idea that there would have been a storage fee if I hadn't picked it up immediately. Although they had held at for me to gather the funds for 2 weeks without a fee of any kind. I had never been through this experience, since early 2002 with a different vehicle and I lived in a different state altogether so that was my only experience prior.

Fox auto body shop is the nicest place to go to. People who are working in there are so helpful and knowledgeable and polite. On the top of all they are doing great job. I am very grateful and proud that we have a shop like this in our town.

You were referred to me by our car mechanic up the road from you and he has been referring to your shop for many years. However, what encouraged me was the people working there were clearly genuine, friendly, professional and, coincidentally, there was a dog in main office there relaxing in his/or/her dog bed; even with me coming indoors there. I am a "dog person" and that dog's "Tells" told me everything I needed to make my judgment. I am a retired, old and gray and full of sleep trial lawyer from "Back East" who has relied on "Tells" from people for my 43 years of law practice. The "Tells" of all of you who I saw on day one (including the happy dog) was proof enough you could get my jalopy appear to be a car again.
