Rich was great from the beginning he was professional, punctual, and communicated very well. He gave me options, explain the process and timeline. The work was done very professionally. There’s one spot on the door that needs to be followed up with and I’m confident that they will do that. I would highly recommend talking to rich at Northwest collision if you needed any auto body work done. five stars!

Everyone there did a phenomenal job from start to finish! They went above and beyond (as always) and I could not be happier with the quality of work that was done. Their customer service is always amazing and they communicated with me every step of the way. Im completely comfortable leaving my pickup in their care and that says a lot! Ive never been disappointed in their work, but I sure have been amazed by what they can fix, and in a timely manner.
