My Experience

The work was good. When returning the rental car I asked Rick if I needed to clean the car. He said no it was fine, I pulled out the covers I had placed over the seats and left. At 5 pm I received a call from enterprise saying they couldn’t clean the car and were sending it out for detailing. I immediately called back and their message said by leaving a message, I was giving them permission to sell all my personal data, which I am not ok with. I will NOT pay for any detailing.

NWAB was quick to take a look at the vehicle, provide an estimate, schedule repairs and advise on insurance claim as well what to do first. Once our insurance was notified they issued a claim number and away we went. Given the go, NWAB ordered the parts and had our vehicle in and out in 4 business days. When I picked up my car, it had been washed, vacuumed and was like getting into it brand new. We really felt they valued our vehicle as much, maybe more than we did. We could not be happier with the work done, the method in which they did it and the return of our nice and clean and shiny like new vehicle. Thank you.
