Cassandra sits at a desk facing the door and greeted me warmly (I may have her name wrong and I apologize). She got Tim Fox immediately to look at the car and to present me with options for its repair. Tim’s formal estimate arrived by email the next day as he’d promised. The work was quickly scheduled. I was politely updated on the car when I stopped by after hours on the day of its repair. When I came in the next day to pick up the car Julie Fox was enormously personable. I truly couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience. I’m obviously not happy that I dented the car but I’m really happy with my perfectly repaired car—with the work done by great people for a reasonable price."
