I waited eight weeks for my car! It was a huge inconvenience and I had to pay a$500 deductible. I was hoping they would have fixed a small dent in the front corner panel that was not part of the accident to make up for the time it took them to fix it. I was told they had to wait for parts but I heard through the local grapevine they hAd several people quit over indifferences, Thats not my fault and I feel they should have at least fixed the extra dent. Everyone I talked to was appalled at how long it took. I really wish I would have gone elsewhere.

They took 8 weeks instead of 8 days. They returned my car dirty and out of gas. There is wax on all the door handles and crevices. They also tried to charge me extra for the rental car.
