Mike was great to work with. Provided thorough information throughout the process. Aside from the one snag when we picked up (front passenger door wouldn't open due to a tiny piece of plastic being stuck) everything else was a great experience. And I really appreciated that I could leave my rental car there too so I didn't have to deal with returning it.
