There is a small scratch on the painted door. Also, when I dropped off my car there it had four brand new tires full of air. When I picked the car up, one of the gentlemen was putting air in my tire, I asked why he said because it was a few pounds light. When I drove out of the lot, I had 19 pounds of air in my tire. I had to drive straight to a tire shop and pay $400 to have two new (matching) tires put on my car because it was a nail in my tire. Also, the bottom bumper was not repaired and was left as is with a big scratch on it from the accident.

Rob and staff at Frank’s Auto was wonderful to work with. He knew the importance of me having my car so he worked quickly to get the repairs done. He made sure to explain everything. The car looks like nothing happened to it. I would definitely recommend them and their services.

First class work and service. Rob and Anthony are sensitive to the trauma of accidents and other issues which car owners sometimes have to deal with. Frank's Auto is the only body shop I'll use.
