They did contact the insurance company without notifying me when they found extra damage. They proceeded the repair of extra damage independently of my confirmation. So I was disappointed.

From start to finish you all were great! Rose was super and “held my hand” and was so helpful and kind through the whole process, and she always had the answer to my many questions. Everyone was friendly and put me at ease both on the phone and in person with smiles. The work looks great and I have my baby back in the road!
