The quality of work was great but there should be a final inspection to check the basic items even in the unaffected areas of the car.

The floor carpet does not appear to be new to me due to certain marks/signs I see on it. Also the recommended interior and exterior full detailing (#52) on the "Estimate of Record" WAS NOT DONE!! Then also, the warning lights on the dash which I was told had been fixed/corrected, came back on after I drove away! We have been charged for work that was not done satisfactorily/completely, and should be reimbursed. Now we have to spend extra money to get Patrick Subaru to complete the repairs!! This is completely unacceptable!!

This is my first time getting any work done at Franchi Brothers and my overall observation is customer service has been the best I have seen. I pointed out a small speck on the hood which I was told would be taken care of, I also mentioned it to a young man I spoke to when checking on my car being ready. I would like to pick up a small amount of paint so I can prevent it from rusting.

My experience with Franchi Bros. Auto Body was nothing less than exceptional. The repairs were above and beyond expectation and the Franchi team communicated with my insurance company throughout the process to ensure a fair adjustment and minimal effort on my part. After a stressful car accident it is important to have a team like this in your corner to make sure everything is repaired properly.

The car looks great. I did notice a little "bubble" on the passenger door that was repainted but other than that, nice job and a painless experience.
