We used Franchi before and would use them again. I would be more proactive with requesting more communication and setting a completion date up front.

We were very impressed with Rose’s response to questions and for help in getting our car finally to Franchi. However, we were disappointed that we were never told what the additional damage found was and how long it took to get our car back. We got a letter in the mail on the day we picked up the car that the insurance would no longer pay for the rental, which we had just returned. We kept getting told our car was in assembly for weeks. The quality of the work is impressive. The car was sparkling inside and out. We just wish there was better communication throughout the process and that are car could have been returned sooner. It was in the shop for almost 6 weeks.

Franchi Brothers is the place in central Ma to bring your vehicle for body work post a collision. Alex and Nick will assess, return to the insurance co to negotiate funds if there is further damage undetected by ins co assessor. They will fix your car right the first time!

They have been wonderful, but my car is still not fixed. They’ve been working to figure out what’s going on. They’ve done the bodywork, but it’s on the mechanics of it and the bodywork was beautiful.
