I returned my car to francis collision the same day that I picked it up. The trunk door was making some screeching noises when it reached the top of open. Your agent inspected the trunk door for screeching noises. There were none. He said, if the screeching noises returned to bring my car back to Francis. I said I would and left.

The day I picked up my car at Francis, I returned after a couple of hours because the trunk door screeched when I opened it, did that several times However, the Francis agent was unable to hear the screech. When I returned my car to Francis, he said, bring it back if it continues to screech.\n Yesterday it's screeched again. I noticed that this happens when I leave my car in the Sun.\n I am taking my car back to Francis to let them know that my trunk door is screeching again.

Little to no communication about what was going on with my car. And now that the car is done, it is not done. It's a standard I have gaps in my. If i'm for only one headlight was switched

I never had anybody call me to tell me what was going on with the car.They would promise me on monday, not deliver and never even a courtesy call to let me know that the deadline wouldn't be met.I always had to call very disappointed
