i was happy with gieco rep, the gentleman that explained the repair process and inspection of damages were wonderful. was very unhappy with receptionist didnt feel welcomed or important. when i picked up my vehicle one of the receptionist was wearing a dress were the top was too low, i felt uncomfortable when she bent forward to review my paperwork. i think they should be more professional in your employees attire. she wasnt very friendly, felt akward picking up my vehichle.
