Very good with communication only reason I am giving a 7 because something was not connected on my left signal light it is giving an error and I have to go out of town with it like that because you have no appointments tell next week

You guys fixed my dent just fine, but gave my car back to me with a dead battery. The next day I had to jump it again, but it wouldn’t hold the charge. I had to have someone deliver a new battery. It was an old battery but I’d never had any problems before bringing it into the shop. I expect better from a mechanic and body shop.

My experience was great. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Very professional staff. Friendly. The gentleman who helped me, Kevin, was great. Talked me through all suggested repairs when I dropped my car off. Explained everything very thoroughly. And they had my car ready quickly. Which was great. Overall, a great experience.
