Collision repairs can be stressful but everything about Francis collision center made my experience awesome. From the receptionist whose smile and friendly personality put me at ease from the first minute. Kevin who was very knowledgeable and gained my confidence by patiently explaining what was needed and why. I didn’t need to shop around after speaking with him, I felt that confident with him. Travis who drove me back and forth while being professional and friendly. The reception area itself is welcoming, clean, air conditioned tastefully decorated with plants and comfortable chairs. I really appreciated the calls keeping me informed, with that friendly voice and the text updates made me feel well taken care of. Also they are on my Insurance’s preferred list and they worked together. The car looks brand new! They did a great job. I highly recommend Francis Collision Center.

My DS mirror is difficult to move, my ac stopped blowing cold by the time I got the car home and the DS window squeaks when I roll it up/down with resistance.

My only complaint was that my car was finished early and I wasn’t notified until the end of the day on Friday. They aren’t open during the weekend and I was paying for a rental. I asked if they could stay open a little later so I could pick up my car and not have to pay the extra rental fees and they weren’t willing to. I was really rushed as a result. Kinda disappointed. But Kevin was awesome, great work and nice guy!
