They were very friendly and efficient at Francis. They kept in touch nearly every day, and arranged for me to drop off my rental car at their shop, saving me much time. My repairs were done efficiently and quite well. I couldn't tell where the repairs were done if I hadn't known in advace.

The collision center required me to sign paperwork and pay my deductible before I was allowed to inspect the vehicle. Only after completing payment was I given the opportunity to review the repairs, at which point it was immediately clear the vehicle had not been properly inspected prior to delivery. As a result, I refused to accept it. There were multiple visible imperfections, including a front bumper that will need to be re-sanded and repainted, as well as misaligned panels. Additionally, the repair process took twice as long as initially estimated. I am now facing at least another week of delays to address issues that should have been resolved before the vehicle was returned. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this collision center.

Francis Collision is top notch. The front desk gals are so polite and efficient. Kevin our Estimator, worked with us and our insurance company to get our vehicle repaired, even though our insurance was originally not approving items from the accident. The older work van looked like new again. They took good care of us.
