No, not happy at all. This is my first experience with your shop after having used another local shop for about 20 years. I only left there because they changed owners. Your shop came highly recommended, so I was extremely surprised to see the poor quality of the work on my car. I have already contacted and sent pictures to Randy. He agreed to get things resolved, but I won't be able to get the car back in there for a few weeks. Hopefully everything will be done correctly the second time.
