Granite city collision had my car for 3 weeks... After 9 days i call them and clara said quote " i am so sorry, your car has fell through the cracks." With the moving and all!! The moving is not my problem.That should not affect any customer service period.... if you can't get to my car, I will go somewhere else.But don't tell me, it will be ready in 1 week.And it takes 3!!! Fortunately , the job on the car looks great.

Unless something changes, we are very happy with the results. The staff there were so helpful and friendly and they did a great professional job. I would recommend Granite Collision to others for sure!

The pinstripe was left off of my car. In fairness, they did tell me if I could bring it back it would take approximately 45 to complete.

The headliner has wrinkled in it where they didn’t fix it correctly after they broke my antenna for nothing more than paint job scratches that needed be fixed . Their response was keep eye on it seeing it gets worse I would never recommend this body shop . I’d like have back way it come to them nothing wrong with headliner . So I’ll be going to upholster shop to correct this mess up .

I took car in for just paint job from scratch well broke my antenna and had to replace it and left big ole place inside the car where they tried to stick wires under headliner well now I got big ole crease all way along passenger side front door to back needless to say I am very unsatisfied with work they done . They won’t call you back and keep car almost 6 weeks for little scratches. I will be reaching out to upholsterer place to fix this mess because I’ll never take my car back to that place ever again . I’ve informed my insurance what crappy job this place has done .

They were very sweet to me and customer service .. as far as how they presented and interacted… but when I inspected my car, my heart was broken. I had gaps my liftgate, made a terrible crunch noise when it lifted the molding was pulling away from the body. There was space between the mold, and the mold did not connect in places. My husband had a body shop for 40 years and I’ve never seen anything like this released as a job completed.
